Collection and retrieval

• Collection and retrieval of boxes to and from your address
• Boxes stored to a maximum of 3 high so no crushed boxes or damaged documents
• Documents retrieved quickly and accurately and delivered as requested
• Files returned to storage after next visit to your premises, or as arranged
• Scan & e-mail document retrieval option available via the website client login area

Cataloguing & indexing of data

Paperwise can catalogue and index your files to any level. Documents can be indexed by client, job description, date for disposal, alphabetically, numerically and so forth.

These services can be undertaken at your own premises or at our own facility. All document storage information is stored electronically for instant access to any document.

Storage environment & flooding

The Paperwise site is not located in an area at risk from flooding and we have no running water within the document store to eliminate the risk of damage due to water spoilage.  All stored archive boxes are raised from the ground level at all times and are securely stored on specially designed racked shelving. Data loggers are used within the storage facility to constantly monitor the internal environmental conditions.
