Confidential Shredding

GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation, came into play on 25th May 2018. With this mind, Paperwise can offer secure destruction for any volume and any frequency. Both an on & off site service can be provided. Our “on site” mobile service is maintained to BS EN 15713 std with the material being destroyed at your premises. Our standard package is to provide woven polythene sacks that hold up to 22kgs, with individually numbered plastic security ties by request. These are delivered to your premises and collected upon request. 

For busy offices our confidential cabinets are available to collect confidential waste. Made from wood & containing an internal sack they blend into the office environment very easily. Front loading design allows office equipment to be stacked on top. The cabinets are fully managed by Paperwise and collections can be made weekly, monthly or by request.

For those with a larger volume of waste or just having a clear out, we have 240 litre capacity wheelie bins (std household size). These can come complete with a lockable lid and paper slot, by request. These will hold 3 x the amount of paper than the wooden cabinets. (Ground floor only if no lift access to other floors)

No need to remove staples or paper clips either, we’ll even take whole lever arch files, desk diaries or ledgers. Once destroyed, all material is recycled where possible and a certificate of destruction is then issued. The shredded paper is compressed into bales before being sent to the mill for recycling into soft tissue hygiene products. A full audit trail covers this service. We can provide an On-site or Off-site shredding service for old computer / photocopier Hard drives. We can recycle old computer towers and securely destroy their hard drives, once removed, by shredding. Other forms of media that we can destroy include, CCTV tapes, CD's, DVD's, mobile phones, floppy discs & memory sticks. We can also remove Hard Drives from units for secure Hard Drive destruction.
